Caution: May not be a great fit for those with PCOS, due to the increase in the hormone LH we see when taking Vitex.

Suggested Use: Take 2 droppers full, 2 times a day when you are not actively bleeding. Stop taking this tincture while bleeding as Dong Quai can increase bleeding during active bleeding. Resume once your period has ended.
